Roland Emmerich Helming Gay Riots Pic "Stonewall"

Roland Emmerich is at a bit of a career crossroads. The director has spent 30 years making such tentpole features as Independence Day , The Day After Tomorrow and White House Down , which have earned more than $1 billion worldwide.
