NASA's flying saucer-shaped spacecraft is set to launch on its second test flight above Hawaii Monday after about a week of delays due to inclement weather.
NASA should start blowing up the balloon that will take the agency's Low Density Supersonic Decelerator (LDSD) into the upper atmosphere for its test at about 12:15 p.m. ET.
