SOT, Vitali Mutko, Russian Minister of Sport (Russian): "'You are welcome' [English] means 'you are welcome'."

SOT, Vitali Mutko, Russian Minister of Sport (Russian): "That's more difficult!"
Stanislav Cherchesov gave a press briefing on his appointment as new head coach of the Russian national football team, in Moscow on Thursday, following the appointment's approval by the Executive Board of the Football Union of Russia.
At the press briefing, Russian Sports Minister Vitali Mutko announced the appointment describing Cherchesov as "a person who has will and character." He noted: "[Cherchesov] is a professional who is very familiar with Russian football," who "knows the present day reality [of football]" and who is "well informed about the level and quality of our players." Mutko expressed his hope that "under his management we will see a renewed national team and that this team will bring us joy."
In turn, Cherchesov said: "the first thing that should be done, and I know this for sure, it is to stop complaining and underestimating ourselves." He added: "the second thing that should be done is to regain some dignity, some respect, and start objectively assessing and positioning ourselves."
Prior to his appointment, Cherchesov was manager of Polish Legia Warsaw FC steering them to the 2015-2016 Polish league and cup double. He was appointed following Leonid Slutsky's resignation from the Russian team after Euro 2016 in France.
