Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa talked to RT journalist Jelena Milincic in an exclusive interview filmed in Brussels, Thursday. Talking about media power, he lamented a lack of professionalism and ethics, but praised the improvements made by Telesur and Russia Today, and called for greater social regulation of what he considers media's ability to "create instability and fear." The Ecuadorian president is in Belgium as Pro Tempore CELAC President to participate in the EU-CELAC Business Summit, aimed at enhancing investment and business cooperation between the EU and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States. This year's gathering run under the slogan 'Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean: Promoting inclusive and sustainable growth by enhancing the role of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises.'
