SOT, Ian Blackford, Scottish National Party (SNP) leader in House of Commons: "Mr Speaker, the prime minister has returned from Brussels to present a deal that he knows, that we all know, is actually worse than Theresa May's deal. A deal that would see Scotland shafted by this United Kingdom government, left at an economic disadvantage, with Scotland's views and interests totally disregard by this prime minister and his government."
British ex-prime minister Theresa May gave the Scottish National Party's (SNP) Ian Blackford a hard stare after he trashed her deal during the Brexit vote debate in the House of Commons on Saturday.
The SNP's parliamentary leader had described the re-negotiated Withdrawal Agreement as "worse" than May's deal.
His comments also earned a shake of the head from current PM Boris Johnson.
