Russia: 7 firefighters missing as huge blaze rips through warehouse in Moscow

Deputy Head of the Moscow Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Andrei Mishinko, confirmed that seven seven firefighters have gone missing while extinguishing a huge blaze at a warehouse in eastern Moscow, Thursday evening.
"At the current moment seven firefighters are missing and we cannot contact them. The fate of these firefighters is unknown. We trying to determine their location and what has happened to them," he stated.The contact with the firefighters was lost after the roof collapsed during the operation.
Commenting on the blaze, Mishinko said that "the fire area totaled 4,000 square metres. A 1,000 square-metre roof of the building collapsed. More than 200 firefighters and 60 units of equipment are working at the site."
