Russian ice-hockey fans left Prague empty-handed on Sunday evening as Canada won its first hockey world championship title since 2007 with a 6-1 victory over the defending champions. While Canada dominated the match scoring 37 shots, Russia only managed to gain 12. Although Russian supporters left with sad faces, many of them held hope to take back the title of World Champions next year. On Saturday, Russia beat the USA 4 - 0 in the O2 Arena of Prague to head into the finals.
