W/S Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, meeting with Muslim leaders, Tehran
SOT, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Supreme Leader of Iran (Farsi): "Regarding our ties with the Europeans, what makes problems persist is their arrogance. According to our Foreign Minister - who has sincrely put in a lot of effort in this issue - Europe made 11 commitments, none of which they abided by." *MULTIPLE SHOTS AT SOURCE*

SOT, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Supreme Leader of Iran (Farsi): “We abided by our commitments in JCPOA and even beyond them. Now, that we have begun to reduce our commitments, they are asking why we are decreasing our commitments. How insolent. You [Europe] had 11 commitments and you have not abided by any of them. Why are you asking us to be committed to our obligations? We have just begun to decrease our commitments and this process will certainly continue.” *MULTIPLE SHOTS AT SOURCE*

SOT, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Supreme Leader of Iran (Farsi): “The vicious UK government committed piracy and hijacked our ship; they commit crimes and legalize it and they make up reasons for their actions. But the reality is that this is piracy. The Islamic Republic and the faithful members of the establishment will not let such vicious acts go without a response.” *MULTIPLE SHOTS AT SOURCE*

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said the seizure off Gibraltar of an Iranian oil tanker would not be left “without a response” while speaking to Muslim leaders from different cities in Tehran on Tuesday.
He called the British government “vicious” and accused it of committing “piracy."
“They commit crimes and legalise it and they make up reasons for their actions. But the reality is that this is piracy. The Islamic Republic and the faithful members of the establishment will not let such vicious acts go without a response,” pledged Khamenei.
According to reports, the British Royal Marines took part in an operation to seize an Iranian oil tanker in the Strait of Gibraltar on July 4, on alleged suspicion that it was taking oil to Syria, in violation of EU sanctions. Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi denied the accusations.
Addressing nuclear deal issues between Iran and Europe, Khamenei called Europe “insolent” for demanding that Iran kept to its JCPOA commitments.
“We abided by our commitments in JCPOA and even beyond them. Now, that we have begun to reduce our commitments, they are asking why we are decreasing our commitments. How insolent. You [Europe] had 11 commitments and you have not abided by any of them,” said Iran’s Supreme Leader.
"We have just begun to decrease our commitments and this process will certainly continue," he warned.
