Suspected Charleston Shooter Dylann Roof Linked to Racist Manifesto Online

The suspect accused of fatally shooting nine people at a church in Charleston, South Carolina appears to have posted a racist manifesto online.
Two Twitter users found a website that seems to have been registered by Dylann Roof.
The website, has a graphic photo on the homepage and a link to a text document that appears to explain Roof's motives for the alleged attack. The document explains Charleston is the most historic city in the state with the highest ratio of blacks to White in the country.
While there is not yet confirmation that the page was set up by Roof, the website also hosts a zip file that when downloaded includes many pictures of what appears to be Roof with a handgun, holding a confederate flag and holding a burning flag.
