Australian Company Is One Step From Exporting Medical Marijuana to Canada

An Australian company is a step closer to exporting medical marijuana to the international market by taking advantage of a legal loophole.
AusCann has scored a landmark deal to allow the company to export high-grade medical marijuana to Canada, according to the Australian Associated Press (AAP).
Despite the growing and selling of the drug being illegal in all parts of Australia, AusCann has applied to cultivate its crops on the self-governing offshore territory of Norfolk Island, where the government can grant a licence to export marijuana.
