Passed and Penned Into Law: Obama Seals Fast Track Bill With Signature

President Barack Obama signed into law on Monday legislation that gives him "fast-track" power to negotiate trade deals and speed them through Congress.
Though he said a battle lies ahead to finalize the 12-nation Trans-Pacific Partnership deal.
Surrounded by lawmakers that helped push the bill through the House and Senate in a six-week Congressional bout, Obama put pen to paper on the highly controversial bill.
