Roscosmos head Igor Komarov said the federal space agency intended to launch two satellites aboard a Soyuz launcher by the end of this year, during an interview on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Friday. "We are not limited, our plans are not limited with this first stage," he said in reference to the touted 2015 Soyuz launch. "We want to develop launching pad for Angara, our new project," he added. He also stated that the first manned mission from the Vostochny Cosmodrome was due in 2023.
