Jennifer Beals is in the hot seat for leaving her German Shepard in hot car in Vancouver with the window cracked. A concerned passerby noticed the dog looking distressed and confronted the actress about leaving her pet.She told the guy it was fine and thanked him before she got in the car and left. According to the SPCA the crack in the window was not enough to create the cooling effect that is necessary. Bea’s rep hasn’t commented yet, but bottom line don’t leave your dogs in cars during the summer.
