Millennials: Young, Invincible, Unprepared for Medical Misfortune

Millennials think their financial futures look healthy, but they may not be budgeting for unexpected medical payments.
The 2015 Aflac WorkForces report surveyed almost two thousand employers and 53-hundred employees. The survey found taht 85% of millennials are somewhat confident and 39% are supremely confident that they’ll be financially well-off in the future.
But 45% of the millennials surveyed— nearly half — do not have long-term financial plans in place.
Adding to the challenge is the lack of benefits offered from the jobs are likely to take.
