Amtrak officials have yet to install speed-limiting technology on a section of train tracks in Philadelphia that may have prevented a deadly derailment there on Tuesday. A train traveling from Washington, D.C., to New York City careened off the tracks in Philadelphia around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, killing at least seven and injuring at least 140 of the 243 passengers.
