34-year-old Arun Rajasingh from Chennai suffers from a rare form of lymphatic filariasis, more commonly known as 'elephantiasis' in his legs. However, footage released on Wednesday uncovered that the troubled patient is now set to take on India's start-up scene by launching his new IT company.
After being born with the disability, Rajasingh was given three weeks to live by doctors, however against all odds he battled through and survived. "All I want is to live independent and a peaceful life" Rajasingh said.
Despite his disability, Rajasingh is now running a start-up design company after completing a degree in engineering studies. "Now I am actually picking up my business after my physical and mental stress and challenges that I have faced" he said.
