UK Frees Rwandan General On Bail

In London, Rwanda's intelligence chief Karenzi Karake has been released on bail of 1.6 million dollars.
Rwanda's President has launched a scathing verbal attack on the UK government after the arrest of his intelligence chief.
The president said it was a continuation of "colonialism" and accused the British of "arrogance and contempt".
Gen Karake is accused of ordering massacres in the wake of the 1994 Rwanda genocide.
