SOT, Chris Lutz, Protester: "I came from Tennessee because Massachusetts has the strictest laws coming up for this ban, which is not based on fact. I am coming up here to support fellow vapers. I was a smoker for 30 years, I have been vaping for five. Lung function is a lot better, I am healthier, I am stronger, so I know it works."

Dozens of protesters against the proposed ban on flavored tobacco products marched to the Massachusetts State House in Boston on Tuesday. The protest was organised ahead of the Senate's vote, that follows the House's approval of the temporary ban last week.
People, many of whom were seen vaping, chanted: "We vape, we vote," holding banners, reading: "I'm not a bot, I vape, I vote."
Desiree Brier, one of the protesters, shared her thoughts on the issue: "I am concerned about going back to smoking. Honestly, it kept me off of it (smoking), I was an on and off smoker since I was a teenager and now as a mother of three they see my health better and I feel better."
The proposed ban targets not only flavoured tobacco but also allegedly envisages a high excise tax on all vaping products.
