Israeli settlers smashed a Palestinian farmer's car near the West Bank village of Burin, shortly after injuring a 66-year-old British volunteer David Amos on Wednesday. Reports indicate that around nine settlers, who were wielding guns and rocks, approached Burin from the direction of the Yizhar settlement. Amos was present in a bid to protect Palestinian farmers during the process of harvesting the olive crops. The Briton was hit by rocks and was taken to a Nablus hospital, where he was treated, receiving five stitches. The settlers are said to have discharged weapons and set fire to undergrowth while attacking the farmers and volunteers. Israeli police report that four citizens of Israel were arrested for disturbing the peace on Wednesday. Footage courtesy of Yesh Din
