Estonia: See M1A2 Abrams tanks show off their capabilities

US army tank drivers displayed their skills at the controls of a M1A2 Abrams tank in Tapa Military Polygon, Thursday. Five M1A2 Abrams tanks have been deployed to the region, to take part in live-fire drills with the Estonian Defence Forces which are due to start on May 4. The drills are set to involve over 13,000 Estonian servicemen and US soldiers, along with at least 120 armoured vehicles. The drills are meant to be a sign of US commitment to NATO members across eastern Europe, through security cooperation and training exercises. The drills are to take place close to Russia's western border.
