Senators Don't Let Rand Paul Speak on PATRIOT Act

As lawmakers prepare to vote on a bill this evening to reform the PATRIOT Act, Senators. Dan Coats of Indiana and John McCain or Arizona refused to give up the floor to fellow Republican Sen. Rand Paul. Paul has promised to shut down key parts of the national security law. The dispute took place during a rare Sunday session held after Paul refused earlier this month to allow votes on the issue.
