Twitter has rolled out specialized pages for products and places that will provide relevant tweets and information as well as opportunities to buy things. The move is Twitter's most aggressive yet to jump start ecommerce on its platform.
Twitter provided a look at the new features using the book The Martian.
Products can also be grouped together by Twitter users into curated "collections." Twitter is drumming up fans for the new feature recruiting the help of pop singer Demi Lovato, Nike and The Ellen Show.
