Spain Urges More Cooperation With South to Tackle Attacks, Migration

Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy (prono: Rah Hoy) called on Monday for stepped-up cooperation between Europe, North Africa and the Middle East to confront illegal immigration and what he called "terrorist barbarism".
