ABC 'World News' Hangs on to No. 1

For the second consecutive week ABC's "World News Tonight" has held on to its number one ratings in total viewers and both key demographic audiences. Last week "World News Tonight with David Muir" had 8.25 million total viewers, 228,000 more than NBC's "Nightly News." In the 25-54 demographic ABC netted 2.032 million viewers versus NBC's 1.842 million. It's another sign that NBC might be losing its grasp on the number one spot in the ultra-competitive arena of nightly news after the Brian Williams suspension rocked the network and months of ABC creeping up close behind in the ratings.
