Witnesses of the deadly shootout in Tel Aviv, Wednesday, claim that the assailants shouted 'Allahu Akbar' prior to opening fire. Three people were killed, and several more reportedly injured during the shootout.
An unnamed witness said, "I heard Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, like two times and then five seconds later when I was looking around, I start hearing shooting, like seven shots, bam, bam, bam, and then I leave everything and start running out."
Initial reports claimed that two of the assailants were allegedly dressed in Orthodox Jewish dress.
The site of the attack, Sarona market, is close to the Israeli Defence Ministry and General Staff buildings.
