Lazio supporters celebrated their Coppa Italia victory late into the night in Rome on Wednesday.
Fans set off flares and waved flags in the club's distinctive light blue colour to mark their win over Atalanta.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic opened the scoring late on before Joaquin Correa added a second. The game was not without controversy, with Atalanta seemingly denied a penalty when the scores were level. Marten de Roon's shot hit the hands of defender Bastos but no VAR decision was given.
Lazio will now play in next season's Europa League.
Fourth-placed Atalanta can still secure Champions League football for the first time if they win their last two games against Juventus and Sassuolo.
