Dorian Johnson Who Witnessed Michael Brown's Shooting Was Arrested

Dorian Johnson, the man who was with Michael Brown at the time of his death, was arrested on suspicion of drug charges and resisting arrest in St. Louis on Wednesday.
Johnson was with a group of men and allegedly had illegal narcotics on him, according to a report from St. Louis Post-Dispatch that cites a police source.
Last week, Johnson filed a lawsuit against the city of Ferguson, the police officer who killed Brown and the city's former police chief. In the lawsuit, Johnson claims officer Darren Wilson initiated the confrontation that ended in Brown's death on Aug. 9.
