Abkhazia: Man blows himself up near TV offices; no casualties reported

Employees at Abkhazia's State Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation reportedly escaped unhurt after a suicide bomber blew himself up outside the company premises, in Sukhumi on Monday.
According to Interior Minister Aslan Kobakhia, “it is already seen that he was a terrorist who had a bomb filled with sharp elements [shrapnel]."
After the “35 to 40 year-old-man blew himself up, specialists have been working for more than an hour."
He added that, “according to the examination which is being carried out by specialists now, it is clear that he did not act alone."
