Police Say Penn State Frat Case In Jeopardy

Earlier this week Penn State University suspended the Kappa Delta Rho charter fraternity for three years.
Their suspension stems from a private Facebook page maintained by the frat which includes nude photos of female students, some of whom were unconscious.
Police investigating the matter said Friday their efforts to bring charges against the fraternity members has become frustrating.
They added that none of the women photographed are cooperating with investigators.
Lieutenant Keith Robb of the State College Police Department told Reuters that prosecutors cannot bring a case against those responsible without the willing cooperation of the victims.
Robb would not say why the women declined to press charges, though he stated cooperation in a case can be difficult.
