A march through Rostock led to scuffles outside the Central Railways station, Saturday. The north German town was also the location of a counter protest to Alternative for Germany (AfD), with local antifa members mobilising. Police kept the two protests apart and detained a number of individuals. Police prevented the demonstration of AfD from reaching the counter-protesters, which led to scuffles and a number of bottles being thrown. No serious injuries were reported and all those detained were released without charge, once police had taken their details.
