SOT, Boris Chernoyarsky, Deputy head of Department in 'Avtomatika': "The Concern 'Avtomatika' is part of State Corporation Rostec and presents developments aimed at identifying and neutralizing unmanned aerial vehicles, the system that is usually called anti-drone. This is very relevant right now due to the rise in terror attacks, military confrontation, drone spying. Our corporation has been developing the system for more than two years, and presents the variety starting from small, manual complexes, middle, mobile ones and heavy, big complexes that find and fight unmanned flying vehicles on up to 30-kilometre distance."

SOT, Boris Chernoyarsky, Deputy head of Department in 'Avtomatika': "Small complexes create blocking static to hamper the work of navigation, control, and information channels. They shut the drones completely. The big complexes create pinpoint static of the frequency similar to the drone's one, and when it's working it doesn't hamper the work of other radio elements that are in the zone. Meaning, we can work in the airport, on industrial and civil objects."

Deputy head of Department of Russia's 'Avtomatika' company, Boris Chernoyarsky, said that the company brought the latest developments in systems that combat drones, speaking at Dubai Air Show 2019 on Monday.
He stressed that the company has been developing such complexes for two years and has three different types of them: small ones, that can block drone signals completely, middle ones and big ones that have pinpoint targeting of drone's frequency and can be deployed in airports and other places with no harm to radio signals.
Such devices as PISHAL anti-drone gun and various models and anti-drone complexes could be seen at Russia's stand.
"We have several negotiations scheduled at this event exactly on this topic. [The negotiations] are mainly with oil and gas companies and military," stressed Chernoyarsky.
The Dubai Air Show 2019 kicked off on Sunday at Dubai World Central. Some 1,300 companies from 160 countries take part in the event.
