Poll Finds Broad Support for Edward Snowden Among Millennials

An overwhelming majority of millennials across North America, Europe and Australia have a positive opinion of Edward Snowden , the former NSA contractor who leaked surveillance secrets and now lives under temporary asylum in Russia, according to a new poll commissioned by the American Civil Liberties Union. The poll, which surveyed adults 18 and older in 10 countries with a "specific focus" on those between the ages of 18 to 34, "explored familiarity with Edward Snowden as well as attitudes about him and the impact of his actions."
