Pest control company Rentokil have set up a pop-up 'Pestaurant' which travels the UK serving up a range of edible bugs. They started Pestaurant to teach people about the sustainability of bugs as a food source compared to traditional sources of protein. On Sunday the stall was in Didsbury, a village south of Manchester. Katie Kinnes, who set up the Pestaurant, said bugs were the food of the future. "They're packed full of protein so these insects are pretty good for us," she added.
