Russia: Kiev keeps on violating Minsk agreements - FM Lavrov

Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov hit out at Kiev over what he characterised as delaying the implementation of the Minsk agreements while speaking at a press conference in Moscow, Thursday. Speaking to the media after talks with Belgian Foreign Minister Didier Reynders, Lavrov accused Kiev of using "any opportunity to slow the process down," including refusing to dispatch delegates to monitoring groups. He went on to confirm he has been in touch with German and French officials in a bid to pressure all parties to abide by the agreements reached in Minsk. Referring to a discussion concerning EU-Russia relations with Reynders, Lavrov said Moscow is ready to resume contact at any time.
