SOT, Hassan Rouhani, President of Iran (Farsi): "With respect to [the] Americans, it was disclosed that Israel announced, said 'it was our several-month pressure that forced Trump to withdraw from the JCPOA,' and it was exactly said by Saudi Arabia as well. Saudi Arabia said 'it was our money, we gave so much money to Trump to force him to withdraw from the JCPOA.' Therefore, we see how important the JCPOA is that our greatest foes, like Israel, like reactionary forces in the region, like US hardliners - who were worse than Israel itself - got together until they withdrew from the JCPOA." *MULTIPLE SHOT AT SOURCE*

SOT, Hassan Rouhani, President of Iran (Farsi): "One month passed, then three months passed, four other months, five other months. We waited for a year. Today, no one in the world can make a fuss about us and ask why are we withdrawing [from] the commitments of the JCPOA today, why have we launched Fordow today. It's because we waited for a year. If we did it the first day, they would say that Iran is guilty." *MULTIPLE SHOTS AT SOURCE*

SOT, Hassan Rouhani, President of Iran (Farsi): "We talk with the world, we are made offers, we give offers and I have not accepted the offers made until now. When I was in New York, some relatively good offers were made and I was able to make a decision there to break the sanctions, but it is very, very tough to trust a person like the US president. All experience shows that he is making a different decision every day. If there were another president in the US, this task would have been fulfilled and finished at the beginning of September."*MULTIPLE SHOTS AT SOURCE*

SOT, Hassan Rouhani, President of Iran (Farsi): "Now mediator countries are still talking, we are talking with them, we give offers and they give offers. We almost agreed in principle, but we have problems in the way of their method and implementation."

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said Israeli and Saudi pressure were factors that led the United States to withdraw from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), while talking in the city of Kerman on Tuesday.
"With respect to [the] Americans, it was disclosed that Israel announced, said 'it was our several-month pressure that forced Trump to withdraw from the JCPOA,' and it was exactly said by Saudi Arabia as well. Saudi Arabia said 'it was our money, we gave so much money to Trump to force him to withdraw from the JCPOA,'" Rouhani said while speaking at a meeting of the Administrative Council of Kerman Province, where he inaugurated several infrastructure and economic projects.
Regarding the current status of the JCPOA, Rouhani said that "mediator countries are still talking, we are talking with them, we give offers and they give offers. We almost agreed in principle, but we have problems in the way of their method and implementation."
On Monday, Rouhani also reportedly said that Iran was planning to stay in the JCPOA in order to win relief from a United Nations arms embargo in 2020.
