Michael Bloomberg Buys £16m House in Exclusive London Street

Michael Bloomberg is to follow the likes of Mick Jagger and Roman Abramovich when he moves into a £16m mansion on one of London’s wealthiest streets.
The former mayor of New York is reported to have paid £1m more than the asking price for the seven-bedroom grade II*-listed mansion on Cheyne Walk, Chelsea.
The property, which was once home to the novelist George Eliot, is accessed by a private road and decorated in an extravagant period style.
