SOT, Emmanuel Macron, French President (French): "I am convinced that in this international context and because we are both members of the (UN) Security Council, cooperation between us is essential and I am convinced that in this world filled with uncertainties, liberal democracies still have a lot to do and a lot to bring to the table. It is not the only model but it is a model that lives on and has its strengths and I think that we can build on the dialogue between liberal democracies that perhaps can be claimed to be not so important and I believe in our exchange."
