Weapons manufacturer Kalashnikov Concern presented its remote-controlled combat module (MBDU) for machine guns installed on high-speed boats at the International Military-Technical Forum 'Army 201'5 in the Patriot military amusement park on the outskirts of Moscow, Wednesday. The machine gun, meant to be installed on a rotating platform, is able to memorise 10 fixed targets and sits on a moving boat. Other weapons including a 12.7 calibre machine gun, an AGS-17 automatic grenade launcher and a 40 millimetre automatic grenade launcher can also be installed on the rotating platform. Visitors could also see the prototype of a new gun for power structures in the PL-14 (or Lebedev's Gun). According to the manufacturers, the weapon has been developed for special troops of the Federal Security Service.
