Terry McAuliffe has asked for an investigation into the arrest of Martese Johnson by Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control agents after a video and photo of Johnson's bloodied face emerged when he was handcuffed early on Wednesday. He was reportedly arrested after his ID was rejected at a pub.
