English football star Steven Gerrard kicked off his first training session with LA Galaxy at the team's home stadium, Tuesday, just two months after he left his 17 year stint at Liverpool FC. 35-year-old Gerrard was welcomed by former Liverpool player Robbie Keane, who is now striker and captain of LA Galaxy and was named most valuable player of the Major League Soccer in 2014. His first appearance with the LA Galaxy will take place this week on July 11th against Club America.
