Turkey: 2 arrested after shots fired at Ataturk Airport, Istanbul

Two men were arrested at Istanbul's Ataturk Airport in the early hours of Sunday, due to reports of gunfire after the two men ignored police orders to stop their motorcycle. One of the men was reportedly shot by Turkish police.
Local media alleged that police returned fire after one of the two men fired shots into the air and ignoring police warnings to stop near the entrance to the airport. Both men were arrested by police with the second man attempting to flee.
Police halted all traffic to the airport and were stopping and searching vehicles. All operations at Ataturk airport have now returned to normal.
