Burger King Prepares Second Colored Bun for Japanese Market

It started in September, and now it may be the next emerging trend in fast food cuisine.
Florescent hamburger buns are in, though in Japan.
The Wall Street Journal reports that on July 3, Japanese locations for Burger King will begin selling Aka Burgers with chicken or beef.
Named for their colored buns (Aka translates to Red), the bright red Tomato powder buns are the second such snack sold in Japan.
Both McDonald's and Burger King unveiled squid-ink black-bun burgers late last year.
The new meal also comes with a spicy red sauce made from peppers and miso.
