Arcade Fire Opening Haitian Restaurant In Montreal This Summer

Wedded musicians Win Butler and Régine Chassagne, founders of Arcade Fire, have their entrepreneurial sights set on Montreal this summer.
The Globe and Mail reports that the pair along with Toronto restaurateurs Roland Jean and Jeg Agg will open an establishment of their own.
Called Agrikol, the restaurant will serve Haitian cuisine mixed with visual arts and music.
Chassagne's parents emigrated from the Caribbean country while Jean hails from Haiti.
The relationship between the parties began during a Haitian Creole music festival held at Agg's place in Toronto.
