Russian President Vladimir Putin held bilateral talk with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman on Monday in Riyadh to discuss ways to strengthen relations and security between the two countries.
The crown prince invited Russian companies to participate in the kingdom's vision 2030. Putin noted that Russian companies were looking forward to the project with “high expectations”.
The Russian leader also praised Moscow-Riyadh cooperation in the energy field which led to the extension of the OPEC+ agreement in July.
During Putin’s visit, the two countries signed some 20 bilateral agreements.
The Russian leader is to continue his Middle East state call with a visit to the United Arab Emirates on October 15.
