With its latest iOS update, Google Maps allows users to send an address from their desktop to their iPhone or iPad as a push notification.
If you're logged into the same Google account on your desktop and mobile device, you'll see a little link that reads "Send to device" under the location's address. This feature is something that Android users have enjoyed since April.
You'll receive a push notification on your iPhone or iPad once you click on the link. It will then open up the address in Google Maps.
If you want to try out this feature, make sure you have the most recent update of Google Maps installed. Second, go into the Settings within the app, click on Notifications then turn on "Sent from desktop maps."
