Argentina: Touched by 'The Hand of God' – Maradona’s old home becomes museum

The house of Argentinian footballing legend Diego Maradona has been opened up as a museum in Buenos Aires, footage from Saturday shows.
Alberto Perez, the former manager of Argentinos Juniors where Maradona had his first contract, restored the home where the footballer lived between the years of 1978 and 1980. Perez spoke of the occasion when the team, inspired by Maradona, achieved a second place finish, following the end of the season fans mobbed Maradona's home, leading to the future World Cup winner to escape through a back door
There are over 2,000 intimate and personal objects of the former captain and coach of Argentina’s national team, including his old football boots and several old photographs. The museum offers visitors free admission.
