Woman Recalls Deadly Struggle With Possible Serial Killer

The West Virginia woman who killed her attacker recalled the harrowing struggle for life in an interview with CBS News.
Identified only as Heather, she and the man met at her home after responding to a online ad for an escort on July 18.
But after she opened the door, the man, armed with a gun, started to choke her.
During the ensuing struggle, Heather managed to grab a rake to defend herself.
As the man tried to take the rake from her, he set down his gun.
Immediately Heather grabbed the weapon and shot behind herself, shooting her attacker.
The shot killed him and Heather ran to a neighbor, who called 911.
CBS News has reported that 45-year-old man may be a serial killer linked to the deaths of at least 10 women in three states.
Authorities identified him as Neal Falls of Springfield, Oregon.
