In an ideal world, we would all be living off of a balanced diet of fresh produce and wholesome proteins. But unfortunately, deadlines, traffic and laundry just won't let that happen. Despite the USDA's outline for proper servings of the five classic food groups — fruit, veggies, grains, proteins and dairy — for multiple age groups, time, money and cravings often restrict us from following such a healthy diet.
