Syria: Civilian pulled from rubble after deadly shelling in Aleppo

Overnight shelling left at least three dead and 29 injured in government-controlled Aleppo, with civilians still being pulled out of the debris of buildings on Sunday.
A 13 year-old girl was reportedly among the dead, alongside her 20 year-old brother.
The shelling comes one day after US Secretary of State John Kerry met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Larov in Lausanne, Switzerland as part of renewed peace efforts, though no breakthroughs were apparent.
