US Secretary of State John Kerry announced that he will meet with leaders from Russia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Jordan to work on finding a 'tangible' solution for Syria, speaking at a press conference with Spanish Foreign Minister, Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo in Madrid, Monday. Kerry Congratulated Spain and the other "60 nations" who are helping to quell the Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), and went on to emphasise that there must be a political solution. As well as discussing the ongoing issue of Syria, both Kerry and Margallo also went on to talk about the refugee crisis and other contentious issues within the Middle East such as the upsurge in violence across Israel and Palestine.
